Chocolate Mint Tahini Rice Krispies

The perfect nostalgic chocolate treat for Mother's Day!

1 c melted chocolate
3/4 c Organic Tahini
1/2 tsp peppermint oil
3/4 c rice krispies (or less if you want a more intense chocolate flavor)

In a mixing bowl, stir well to combine the melted chocolate, tahini, and peppermint oil. Add the Rice Krispies and stir gently to combine. Transfer mixture to plastic or parchment-lined loaf pan. Let harden in the fridge and slice into squares.
