Tahini Halva Granola

This chunky, vegan granola is made with tahini and halva. That makes for a nutritious sesame breakfast in our book!
INGREDIENTS
1 c chopped raw nuts, we used walnuts, pecans, and hazelnuts
1 c rolled oats
1/4 tsp sea salt
2 tbs cocoa powder
1/4 c unsweetened coconut flakes (or shredded)
1/4 c date syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c Organic Tahini
2 tbs melted coconut oil
Halva (to crumble on top)
STEPS
1. Preheat oven to 350 °F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
3. Lay out mixture on paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Let cool.
5. Crumble the halva of your choosing as a topping.
