PISTACHIO HALVA: Sesame seeds, cane sugar, glucose syrup, saponaria extract, pistachios
SEA SALT DARK CHOCOLATE HALVA: Sesame seeds, cane sugar, glucose syrup, saponaria extract, dark chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), sea salt
ORGANIC TAHINI: Hulled and roasted Ethiopian sesame seeds
EVERYTHING BAGEL SPICE BLEND: Sesame, poppy seeds, garlic, onion, salt
TOGARASHI SPICE BLEND: Sesame, nigella, nori seaweed, soy powder, orange peel, chili
ZA'ATAR SPICE BLEND: Sesame, za'atar, thyme, salt, spices
The halva is certified kosher by the Rabbinate of Ashdod. The tahini is certified kosher by OU. Please email us if you would like to see the certificates. The spices are not kosher certified.
HALVA: The halva pieces are individually wrapped and packed upside down in a protective container. Flip each piece out of the container onto a cutting board when ready to serve.
Halva lasts for 4-6 months when stored in a cool, dry place, but we hope you eat it all before then! You can leave your halva in the small containers it ships in or in a similar airtight container. You should never freeze halva, as it will damage the delicate, flaky texture.
TAHINI: Unopened tahini lasts for 2 years when stored in a cool, dry place. Store opened jars of tahini for up to 12 months in the fridge, to maintain freshness and slow the separation of natural oil in the sesame seeds, which may start to occur after a few months. If you notice that your tahini has a layer of oil at the top, that doesn’t mean it’s gone bad! All you need to do is stir the jar.
SPICES: We source the highest quality, freshest spices available for our blends. Spices do not go bad, but they do lose their potency as time goes by. The older the spices are, the less flavor they will impart in your recipes. To fully enjoy them at their best, we recommend storing your spices out of direct sunlight and using them our spices within a year from the date of purchase.
