  • MARBLE: Sesame paste, sugar, glucose, chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), cocoa powder, saponaria extract

  • Each loaf cake ships upside down in a protective container and you will flip it onto a cake stand or cutting board when ready to serve. We only use natural ingredients, which means you might notice some oil when you flip out the cake - easily absorbed with paper towel. For most cakes, we suggest you add additional decorative toppings for some extra pizzazz (e.g. extra chopped nuts, fruit or chocolate shavings).

    Each halva loaf cake weighs 3.3 lbs (1.5kg) and serves approx. 20-25 people (depending on serving size). The cake is 7.5" long, 3.5" high and 5" wide.

    Halva lasts for 4-6 months if stored in a cool, dry place, so make sure to keep the shipping container and store whatever you don't eat at your party for another day. We don't recommend freezing halva. Halva is fragile, so be careful when cutting and remember to keep the crumbles for baking, granola or to sprinkle on ice cream another day.
