  • CHOCOLATE BAKING CHIPS: Organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, organic cacao butter
A deep, dark, and fruity baking chocolate made with cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic

TAHINI: Hulled and roasted Ethiopian sesame seeds

SEA SALT DARK CHOCOLATE HALVA: Sesame seeds, cane sugar, glucose syrup, saponaria extract, dark chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin), sea salt

  • CHOCOLATE: Chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Ambient temperatures between 55F - 75F are most suitable.

TAHINI: Tahini is as versatile as it is delicious. Use it to bake cookies, drizzle it over toast or roasted vegetables, or swirl it into oatmeal or a smoothie. The possibilities are endless!

Unopened, tahini lasts for 2 years when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, your tahini will last for 12 months. We recommend storing your tahini in the fridge to slow the natural separation of oil, which may start to occur after a few months.

If you notice that your tahini has a layer of oil at the top, that doesn’t mean it’s gone bad! All you need to do is give your jar a good stir before using it.

HALVA: The halva is wrapped and packed upside down in a protective container. Flip it out of the container onto a cutting board when ready to serve.

Halva lasts for 4-6 months when stored in a cool, dry place, but we hope you eat it all before then! You can leave your halva in the small containers it ships in or in a similar airtight container. You should never freeze halva, as it will damage the delicate, flaky texture.
