The perfect nostalgic chocolate treat for Mother's Day!
1 cup melted chocolate
3/4 cup Whole Seed Tahini
1/2 tsp peppermint oil
3/4 cup rice krispies (or less if you want a more intense chocolate flavor)
Melt the chocolate and mix it with the tahini. Add the Rice Krispies and peppermint oil and gently combine. Place mixture into a plastic-wrap or parchment paper-lined loaf pan. Let it harden in the fridge and then slice into quarters.
