This tahini frosting has a slightly nutty and rich earthy-like taste and is not too sweet. So simple!
For the tahini frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
2 sticks of unsaltened butter, softened
1/4 cup of Organic Tahini
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups icing sugar, siftened
Mix the butter, tahini and cream cheese. Once nice and blended add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together. Use as a frosting on carrot cake (or any cake of your choosing). Enjoy!
