Turmeric Tahini Sauce

INGREDIENTS
1/4 c Seed + Mill Organic Tahini (any of our flavors would be delicious here!)
3-5 tbs iced water (depending on your desired thickness)
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tbs maple syrup
1 clove garlic finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 golden beet, boiled (optional)
STEPS
1. Blend or whisk all ingredients together.
2. Add the optional golden beet for a thicker texture
3. Top with sliced veggies, herbs or nuts, or use it plain for dipping!
The sauce will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
