I use this tahini on everything! It has a lovely subtle flavor for use with sweets or savories. It has a beautiful texture - not too thick or chalky or lumpy. If you stir the bottom when you open it the tahini stays pretty viscous without lots of restirring. I also love love the halva !! With pistachio especially.

I've always been a big fan of tahini and halva but Seed & Mill is next level! While I typically use tahini in savory dishes, I recently discovered the beauty of it for desserts. Dizzle Tahini (plain or chocolate) over ice cream, crumble halva and toasted sesame seeds and pistachios over...Heaven!
