Vegan Halva Rocky Road
The best part about this recipe is that you can experiment with all sorts of other additions. Try adding dried fruit like cranberries, dates or sultanas. Or to impress the kids, add marshmallows, gummy bears, or even pop rocks! Have fun, break all the rules and enjoy!
1 c melted dark chocolate
1 c Seed + Mill Organic Tahini
1/2 c salty-sweet popcorn
1/2 c Seed + Mill Halva of your choice, chopped into cubes
1/2 c roasted peanuts - or any other nut - we like macadamia, pecan, and walnuts!
1. In a mixing bowl, gently combine all ingredients. Being gentler here keeps the halva in nice big chunks.
2. Pour mixture into a plastic-lined loaf tin
3. Refrigerate until firm
4. Take Rocky Road out of loaf tin and slice into bars, squares or any shape you like!
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
